“We are so happy with the experience that Forestview is giving to our mom. The staff is kind & accommodating & interested in making Mom happy, engaged, healthy and safe…Besides the wonderful staff, we have enjoyed interacting with the other residents and their families!”

“My mother has been living alone for several years and now needs full-time care. Our family wants Mom to be safe, happy, and well cared for. We had lots of questions and were overwhelmed with the decisions that needed to be made. The staff at Forestview Manor were professional and they took the extra time to answer all of our questions. They treated Mom with dignity and respect during our tour and interview. On the day she moved in the staff had her room decorated with Mom’s personal belongings and even provided a nice bouquet of flowers. From her first day she felt accepted and safe. We are thankful for the caring, professional staff now caring for Mom. Forestview Manor was the best choice for Mom. “

“Our Mom recently moved to Forestview Manor. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the professionalism, knowledge, support, and care the staff has provided. A time we always thought we would dread turned out to be a positive, and happy experience. Staff members came to her home and kindly got to know her before deciding which level of care she needed. They helped us through the transition every step of the way. We know our Mom is safe and well cared for in a beautiful place with a cheerful room staff members lovingly decorated with all of her favorite things.”

“I have been very pleased with the care and attention my wife Susu has received while at Forestview Manor. The Nurses and their Aides have treated her with an attitude akin to love and friendship, not just part of their duties. There hasn’t been a time that I questioned Susu’s care and Forestview Manor’s Management and Staff have always been responsive to my concerns.”

““ My Sweethearts” That is how my mom refers to the staff at Forestview Manor. And she is right. Everyone there is professional, kind, and loving. I feel like a welcome guest in their home. Realizing that a loved one can longer care for themselves is difficult. But finding a loving, safe place is the first step. Both my mom and dad have lived at Forestview and I am so grateful for that. My dad was in the memory care unit, and my mom is now in assisted living. The staff at Forestview has become a part of my family, and I don’t know what I would do without them. That is so important to me. The facility is so welcoming and just like home with all kinds of activities going on. My mom enjoys painting, bingo, exercise and lots of socializing with her friends that are residents. The food is great, in her words, “just as I would do it”, prepared like home with love & care, and birthdays and holidays are also celebrated by all! When I visit with my mom, I can see it in her smile …..she is healthy, happy, and loved. She is certainly well cared for. That is something that is hard to find. “

“From the concierges (Katie, Martha, and Jane) to the kitchen staff to the nurses and other care givers, I have nothing but high praise for their generosity, kindness, and good cheer. Nancy could not be in better hands. I love you all!”

“My mom has been at Forestview Manor for over a year, and in that time she has received exceptional care. Not only are her physical needs met, but also her emotional needs. The staff goes above and beyond to really plug into the life stories/experiences residents have to incorporate activities and conversations that can feel familiar and comforting. I ZOOM and visit regularly and I am always so thankful for the care she receives. I would highly recommend Forestview Manor.”

“I don’t know where to begin, when speaking of the staff at Forestview. My Mother moved in about a month before the pandemic shut in-person visits down. My only contact with Mom was by phone and through the staff. It quickly became apparent that the staff was really getting to know and care about my Mom. Mom would often call me when she had a problem or issue, in turn I would call FV (Mom didn’t want to bother anyone, or couldn’t figure out how to call them at first) Didn’t matter what time of day or night I called, whoever answered the phone was always friendly and courteous and more importantly took my/Mom’s concerns seriously and handled them immediately. I know this as Mom would often call me to report that one of the “girls” came to help her out. Now that I can visit again, it’s quite obvious, from seeing the staff interact with Mom and other residents, that staff genuinely care about their charges. I would also like to shout out to the nursing staff, who have always kept me in the loop regarding Mom’s health, answering my questions and always returning my calls in a timely manner. All in all, the Administration and staff at Forestview give me peace of mind that my Mother is happy and living in a caring environment. I feel lucky that we found such a place. .”
